How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month-to-month leasing, no long term contracts or commitments.
Do you require a deposit when reserving a storage unit?
No, there is no deposit required to reserve a unit; you do not pay until you are ready to move in.
What is the minimum amount of time I can rent a storage unit?
Units are rented on a month-to-month basis.
Will my lease renew after 1 month?
Yes, your storage lease will renew automatically on a month-to-month basis.
What sizes units do you have and how much do they cost?
We have 5 different size units to choose from based on availability. Unit sizes and prices vary; please go to the reservations page to see the units and sizes currently available.
How do I estimate the amount storage space I need?
Please visit the features page of this website to help you determine the size unit that will be best for you.
When can I get to access into the facility?
Our facility is open 24/7 365 days per year. You will be given your own private pass code that allows you access into the facility.
Do you have climate control units?
No, we do not offer climate control units at this time.
Should I be concerned about rain water leaks and insects or rodents getting into my belongings?
Our facility is brand new and we make every effort to ensure that the property is both clean, well maintained and pest free.
Can I drive up to my storage unit?
Yes, all of our unit are ground-level and are flush with the drive-way so there are no stairs to climb or curbs to step over.
How much notice do I need to give when I move out?
No advance notice is required when you wish to move out.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed on location at the self-service kiosk. You may also arrange to have payment automatically charged to your credit card through our secure online account management system.
Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?
No, we do not offer boxes or packing supplies.
Do I need a lock?
Yes, you can either bring your own lock or purchase a high quality lock at our self-serve check-in center. Either way you are responsible for locking up your unit.
Am I required to give Tri-County a key to my storage unit?
No, we do no require a key to your storage unit.
